The Golden Candle is found in Ashbourne Village as well by heading to the first cave left of the spawn, then exiting the Root-Ceil Cavern through the middle of the right side where a chest can be found with the item. The Spellmark can be removed with a Guiltless Shard, which can easily be obtained after any enemies summoned by Mages are defeated by the Marked Inquisitor in Salt and Sacrifice. To host a random partner, players will need to remove the Spellmark and obtain the Golden Candle. She'll return the Pardoner's Vale, allowing players to purchase Pale Candles from her inventory. Continue head down to the first exit on the left to reach Greymoss Mire, then use the grappling hook to reach an NPC. Team up with a fellow Inquisitor for full online co-op and drop-in quickplay online co-op, or engage in fast and chaotic PvP through various factions.
Once players can pass through the gate to the right of the initial spawn location they'll need to drop down through the scaffolding to reach the door at the bottom-left corner. To join random partners, players will need to first find the Pale Candle in the Ashbourne Village, which isn't an item that needs to be leveled up in Salt and Sacrifice.
